In Person: 
Come to the Development Services Permit Center, first floor of City Hall, for assistance with inquiries or a project submittal. We issue tickets to meet with a planner on a first come, first served basis. See Hours of Service.


Speak with a Planner by Phone at 408-535-3555: To discuss project design requirements, signs, tree removals, or zoning, call during the hours listed below and ask to speak with a planner.

Monday
10:00 am – Noon; 1:00 – 4:00 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 am – Noon; 1:00 – 4:00 pm
Friday 10:00 am – Noon; 1:00 – 3:00 pm
