Canoas Creek

Canoas Creek is located in south San José.  The creek trail is not yet developed or formally planned, but a reach of the system is referenced in the County's master plan for the Martial Cottle Park site.

The County's Martial Cottle Park master plan defines a looped trail system extending from the waterway.  The City envisions the trail system following the creek and permitting an off-street trail system to link the Highway 87 Bikeway to the Blossom Hill Light Rail Station located along Highway 85.

This trail system is not yet developed.

A trail is likely to be developed along the banks of Calero Creek.  Ideally, the trail would link the Highway 87 Bikeway to the Highway 85 Blossom Hill Road Light Rail Station.

Planning Documents

A portion of the alignment is referenced in the County of Santa Clara's Martial Cottle County Park planning documents.

The trail system is not designated as part of a regional, state or national trail system
