Get your property ready. Review the list of common violations and do your own assessment of any needed clean up, repairs or permit issues. The Preparing for Inspection page provides a checklist. A track record of taking care of issues prior to the inspection results in less frequent Code Enforcement inspections and a lower Residential Occupancy Permit fee since the program is fee-for-service.

Annual Invoice is due December 20, 2019
Most owners renew the annual Residential Occupancy Permit on time.
