A General Plan Amendment to change the General Plan/Land Use Transportation Diagram Designation (land use designation) from Rural Residential to three land use designations consisting of about 0.37 acre of Rural Residential in the center of the site; about 0.43 acre of Open Space, Parklands and Habitat on the western portion of the site encompassing Thompson Creek; and about 0.19 acre of Neighborhood/Community Commercial on the eastern portion of the site fronting San Felipe Road, all on a 1.0 gross acre site. 

Location: 4349 San Felipe Road, on the west side of San Felipe Road, approximately 1,010 feet south of Delta Road.  Assessor’s Parcel No.: 676-36-007.  Council District:  8
